I'm happy to to confirm that Claudia Webbe WASN'T convicted for an acid attack (as I had wrongly stated). She only has a criminal conviction for harassment according to media (https://t.co/jDNrCpLQeT). I don't wanna libel a criminal, so again: conviction for harassment only

@TheVikingDane The King IS focusing on one group only. I find it hard to believe that that's an accident in the current situation. The King (like the other panderers) could have sent wishes for all 3 occasions or none. He actively chose to single out one occasion
@TheVikingDane In this situation either best wishes for all (Shrove Tuesday, Chinese New Year & Ramadan) or nobody. It's not a good look to focus on one group only - particularly in the current situation
@TheVikingDane The sole focus on the Islamic occasion was tone deaf at best. Lowe's inquiry has shown the most extreme form of pandering. On top of that, a man has to stand trial for burning a quran, the FSU is battling blasphemy laws through the backdoor.
@TheVikingDane Even if I was Anglican I could cope with the king not wishing me a good Shrove Tuesday. Like the Chinese are coping with not being wished a happy new year.
But why aren't Muslims expected to cope w/o Ramadan wishes. Like the Chinese & Anglicans/Christians?
Hamit Coskun set fire to a copy of the Koran in protest against the Islamification of his home country, Turkey.
He was then arrested and convicted of a religiously aggravated public order offence โ while the religious extremist who slashed at him with a knife in the street avoided jail time.
The Free Speech Union helped Hamit overturn his conviction last October in a landmark ruling for freedom of speech. Now the Crown Prosecution Service is appealing that decision. If successful, it would effectively introduce a blasphemy law by the back door and signal that religious extremists have a green light to enforce an Islamic blasphemy code with violence on the streets of Britain.
Hamit has now written for The Spectator.

There are almost 8 million Londoners who aren't Muslim.
Today, Shrove Tuesday, is the day before Lent, the holiest 6 weeks in the Christian calendar.
I have no idea how someone can be mayor of a city & have such obvious disdain for the customs & traditions that helped form it.
@marcus31395562@BasilTheGreat I'd assume that black HCPs are more likely to live in areas with larger numbers of black people & that they'd try to get jobs in the hospital nearby. Patients usually go to the closest hospital.
Are you really trying to inform that the Rwandan genocide wasn't racist?
@toadmeister Does the CPS also think that the girls in Southport deserved to be stabbed? They were after all not wearing hijab and wanted to take part in a dance class
Yesterday was Shrove Tuesday, today is Ash Wednesday (marking the start of Lent) and I believe it's also Chinese New Year.
People in London might be busy with other things
As Londoners come together to celebrate the start of the Islamic holy month of Ramadan, our capital shines bright as a beacon of hope and diversity.
From my family to yours: Ramadan Mubarak.
In 2022, the mayor of Hebron, a city in the West Bank, offered 20 shekels to anyone who killed a dog in his city.
Palestinians took to the streets en masse and filmed themselves torturing and killing thousands of dogs in the most brutal ways possible.
Donโt you dare to forget.
Swedish MMA fighter Nova Bergman took home silver in the world championship after being forced to fight this person.
Thai MMA authorities claim that the fighter is a woman . This is the person Nova had to fight .
She has been exposed to extreme abuse from the Swedish TRAs for months. She never asked for a changed result or uttered anything hateful. She dimly asked for clearer guidelines. Swedish public @svt service erased the article where she described the encounter.
Muslims are attempting to distract you from their child rape and incestuous marriages with the whole "dogs are Haram" thing. They are manipulating our love of animals.
