Autistic and ADHD me: I know that I achieved something and others celebrate such wins, but it’s no big deal for me because everybody does it/it was easy. Plus, there’s still more I need to do on this, so it’s too early to celebrate.

ADHD mood of the day:
Having a bunch of tasks to work on & being genuinely excited about them. But when it's time to actually START on one, I freeze up & do none of them.
So I put them off for tomorrow. Except now I'm not excited about the tasks. Now I dread them.
