The government is not a social app.
Forcing millions of users to go without customer support, or sending them down a rabbit hole of dead links in a help center is a bad app experience.
Forcing the most vulnerable among us, the elderly and disabled, to physically go to an office, many of which are closing down, to get the support they need for their social security, isn't just a bad experience, it can impact their ability to survive.
That this cruel requirement is being inflicted on the elderly by an arrogant, unelected billionaire should enrage every American.
This cannot stand.
