4th day of working on renewing my 2023 health insurance w/ @MarylandConnect. After 1 hour 40 min on the phone with them today to renew my existing insurance, I asked the supervisor I was speaking with to repeat her name and she promptly hung up on me. It shouldn't be this hard!

@thrivemarket I'm a brand new subscriber. My 1st box arrived w/ 3 unusable items b/c they were poorly packed, crushed in transit & arrived opened & spilled in the box. 1 leaked liquid on other products in box. I received gift cards for a for fraction of the replacement costs???
