@TransLink I see on your Alerts that the 4 and 14 UBC are resuming their routes on Granville St - but the schedule suggests no stop at Drake? Is that stop still closed?

@TransLink I understand that it’s busy and some buses are delayed or cancelled, I’ve been taking these routes at these times for years - my issue is the lack of information or updates and even your drivers have no idea what’s happening which just causes confusion and frustration

@TransLink what’s happening with trolley buses at UBC? Second day in a row drivers have said there’s a bus “missing” at peak times leading to overcrowding - tonight it’s the 14, yesterday the 4. And the 4 is nowhere in sight with a massive line and nothing on website/next bus
