At school we had a Staff Costume contest. I made it a teachable moment. Whenever a student asked who I was I gave them a question to research… Who was Huey P. Newton? What was the Black Panther Party? Who was Dr. Angela Davis? They loved it.

@mrskellylove I’m sorry that many of you have been treated so terribly by your administration. As an administrator, I’ve tried to treat staff with respect, compassion and professionalism. I praise, coach and address areas of refinement. Not all administrators act in a manner to abuse staff.
