Experiencing the parent-side of online learning. It’s 9:30am, and all 3 of my kids have required parent support. Has me thinking about kids without support right now. Educators, above all else, please show grace, patience and flexibility during this time.
We are human too. We even have human problems...My wife and I are potty training my son and I sometimes feel like a failure at it. We are not impervious to the same things everyone experiences. #HR#leadership

When spending money on programs, curriculum, professional development, or technology consider these questions:
1. Why is this needed?
2. How will it improve learning?
3. What criteria will be used to determine it was a wise investment or to continue funding?
