Saving street dogs is my mission but to do that takes a lot of money and a lot of awareness. I wanted to do something to really push things to another level…

🏃‍♂️ I will run a marathon on the 15th November. I have only started training today with 30 days to go.

🏙️ The race is in Bangkok at night. The most I have even run Iy life is 20km

🥘 I have been eating really badly lately and am very unfit.

I’m going to share the journey over the next 30 days in what could be one of the stupidest ideas I’ve ever had. I have 3 main reasons to do it…

1. I was to raise awareness for @wearehappydoggo as a charity. (A follow there helps)

2. I want to try raise money for a mobile sterilizing unit with 10 staff and 2 trucks treating 5000 dogs a year. More on that soon.

3. My mental health hasn’t been amazing lately with so many losses so I wanted a good physical challenge to clear my head.

I expect people to say it’s impossible and try talk me out of it like the team here all have! The chances are I’ll probably fail but life is short and I’ve a lot of dogs to help. I got a 5km in today to start which was tough but we are off and running.

Last night, Russia struck Pryluky in the Chernihiv region with six attack drones. A rescue operation continued throughout the night. Unfortunately, there have been injuries and fatalities. One of the rescuers arrived to deal with the aftermath right at his own home — it turned out that a “Shahed” drone had struck exactly his house. Tragically, his wife, daughter, and one-year-old grandson were killed. And this is already the 632nd child lost since the full-scale war began. My condolences to all the relatives and loved ones. Russia constantly tries to buy time to continue its killings. When it doesn’t feel strong enough condemnation and pressure from the world — it kills again.

Overnight, Ukraine was attacked by 103 drones and one ballistic missile, targeting the Donetsk, Kharkiv, Odesa, Sumy, Chernihiv, Dnipro and Kherson regions.

This was another massive strike by terrorists. Russian terrorists who kill our people every night. This is yet another reason to impose maximum sanctions and apply pressure together. We expect action from the United States, Europe, and everyone in the world who can really help change these terrible circumstances. Strength matters, and the war can only end through strength. Moscow must be pressured by all available means and gradually deprived of its ability to continue this aggression.

Today, rescuers have been working in more than 30 Ukrainian cities and villages following Russia’s massive strike. Wherever necessary, work continues – our emergency services are on the ground, providing assistance and supporting people. Thank you.

Nearly 300 attack drones were launched by Russians overnight, most of them Shaheds. In addition, almost 70 missiles of various types were fired, including ballistic ones. The targets were Kyiv and the region, as well as Zhytomyr, Khmelnytskyi, Ternopil, Chernihiv, Sumy, Odesa, Poltava, Dnipro, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv and Cherkasy regions. These were deliberate strikes on ordinary cities. Ordinary residential buildings were destroyed and damaged. In Kyiv, dormitories of the university's history department were hit. There were also strikes on enterprises. Tragically, people were killed, including children. My condolences.

Each such terrorist Russian strike is a sufficient reason for new sanctions against Russia. Russia is dragging out this war and continues to kill every day. The world may go on a weekend break, but the war continues, regardless of weekends and weekdays. This cannot be ignored. Silence of America, silence of others around the world only encourage Putin.

Without truly strong pressure on the Russian leadership, this brutality cannot be stopped. Sanctions will certainly help. Determination matters now – the determination of the United States, of European countries, and of all those around the world who seek peace. The world knows all the weaknesses of the Russian economy. The war can be stopped, but only through the necessary force of pressure on Russia. Putin must be forced to think not about launching missiles, but about ending the war.
