@cvspharmacy Rivergate in Charlotte 1) Enunciate when you page 2) Have someone at the counter to greet so that when someone responds, you can acknowledge 3) Don't give appt away w/out trying again...it's a store, no one goes far. 4) Don't argue w/cust who is, in fact correct.
