I have a 11.14 KG box on the way from Japan through EMS. Generally I get things from Japan delivered to me within 8-10 days. But on the website I am not getting any update after 11th November. Please let me know by when it’ll be released.

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN I have received a package containing less than half of what I ordered. The shipment was booked via @shipmozo . There were supposed to be 3 more boards, more screws and a screwdriver. They are missing from the box which was clearly tampered with.

Because the actual packaging was thicker in width. When I was opening the package, there were signs that the box was opened before and the items from inside were removed. There is an extra bubble wrap also in the exact size that can cover a board which is missing.
