.@KFAlegal nails it:
“As a three-decade former state prosecutor in New York, I have never seen a defendant treated as leniently as defendant Trump. He has a rap sheet with 3 open felony indictments, 78-charges, in 3 separate jurisdictions. He has repeatedly threatened prosecutors, judges, and potential witnesses and has his own 757 jumbo jet at the ready to fly anywhere in the world and can abscond at any time. And the nature of his charges are among the most serious there are — he is accused of stealing our nation’s most sensitive secrets, trying to destroy evidence of his crimes, committing fraud in the oval office, and causing a violent insurrection in order to attempt to steal an election he lost, and our democracy. Imagine if he were Black or Muslim. There is no doubt he would be incarcerated pending trial.”
Keep this in mind each time you see someone like Tim Parlatore on TV blowing his horn for Trump. Prosecutors and lawyers like @neal_katyal and @AWeissmann_ are speaking on behalf of Constitution, the American people and democracy. Parlatore and his ilk….are speaking on behalf or for the benefit of ONE man.
The Sacramento region will soon be home to the country's largest EV charging station!
I am proud to have voted for the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, which is turbocharging our electric future with a $7.5 billion investment in EV charging infrastructure.

BREAKING: A Jan. 6th insurrectionist grandmother tears into Donald Trump after he tries using her to score cheap political points.
It all started when Trump blasted out a message on Truth Social complaining that it was "HORRIBLE" that a "69-year old grandma with cancer" was given more prison time than Hunter Biden.
Pam Hemphill, the grandma in question, addressed Trump directly on her own social media and asked him to stop "using me for anything" because she is "not a victim of Jan6."
"I pleaded guilty because I was guilty," she added, tacking on the hashtag #StoptTheSpin, mocking the #StopTheSteal movement that helped incite the insurrection.
Previously, Hemphill has explained that she went to the Capitol "just wanting to be there" and "record what's going on" but it got away from her. She said that it's "terrible" what unfolded.
She has also stated that there's "no evidence" that the election was stolen from Trump despite all of his supporters claiming it.
While she must still be held accountable for her crimes, she deserves some credit for seeing the error of her waves and taking a stand against Trump's continued lies.
RT and ❤️ if you think that NONE of the insurrectionists are victims — and consider investing in Tribel, a “woke” new Twitter competitor that is currently doing a round of equity crowdfunding and just blew past $2 million raised from 4,500 of its users. If you want to own a small piece of what is quickly becoming the “next big thing” in social media, here is the link to do so, https://t.co/7S6ULL2X5e. You can invest as little as $100 — or as much as you’d like. Here’s the link to download the new Tribel app that Elon Musk is so afraid of: https://t.co/HnJzSKjCwX
NEVER FORGET: President Joe Biden REMINDS the GOP they said they would protect Social Security and Medicare at the State of the Union! Senator Rick Scott wants to challenge the President on these earned benefits in a debate. The Senator is a LAUGHINGSTOCK!
Former conservative federal judge Michael Luttig :
“If the indictment of Mr. Trump on Espionage Act charges...fails to shake the Republican Party from its moribund political senses, then it is beyond saving itself. Nor ought it be saved.”

I'm begging someone who loves Meghan McCain to give her a definitive heart-to-heart that her entire public career has been the beneficiary of unabashed nepotism.
