We've been demoralized and demotivated for long.
6yrs on punitive contacts not a joke. @KenyaGovernors @MOH_Kenya

[UHC Medics ke🐦 @UHCmedicsKe]

This was the IBEC Resolution and agreement between @KenyaGovernors and the National government including @MOH_Kenya @_KithureKindiki & President @WilliamsRuto .

The disturbing information is that, the kshs 8.9B allocated for the UHC Transition has NOT reached the counties.

Equally, Counties have ACTED in BAD faith & REDUCED the UHC staff salaries.

We also DON'T KNOW where our Gratuity Money is.

Someone wants to use the confusion to STEAL from the UHC Medics.

We are Coming Back to the STREETS for answers.

Mr President @WilliamsRuto @StateHouseKenya, Hon @HonAdenDuale , @MoH_Kenya, @CountyGovKenya – the only way to honour our fallen UHC staff: is to end the suffering of those still serving Kenyans. Confirm them into the PnP today, pay their service gratuity. Their sacrifice of 6 long years must not go unanswered. #ConfirmPnPNow #UHCHeroes

[UHC KENYA 🎭 @uhckenya254]

We REJECT ✊

We has UHC staff, reject in totality the Resolutions On UHC STAFF made yesterday between the Government - MOH & the UNIONS.

If payrolls are to be transfered to the counties they should be transfered as per SRC terms and not as stipends.

[UHC KENYA 🎭 @uhckenya254]

We REJECT ✊

We has UHC staff, having served 5 full years now on contract,

We believe our due GRATUITY which is way long overdue, should have been paid like yesterday.

Clearly, the GOVERNMENT - MOH eats its own people.

@WilliamsRuto @marcorubio Great to see you engaging with Secretary Rubio on critical issues like AGOA renewal, trade, and regional stability. Kenya’s leadership in peace initiatives across Haiti, DRC, Sudan, and South Sudan is commendable.
Back at home sir, remember UHC staff to put them into pnp terms.

You cannot exploit UHC workers for five years under punitive terms of service with zero allowances. Convert these people to PNP—they deserve it, Mr. @WilliamsRuto. #absorb8571uhcstaff
