@GameStop very disappointed in your return policy. Will buy from other retailers as they have better policies. $180 loss after headset broke after 3 weeks. Shouldn’t be forced to purchase extended warranty or pro membership, things should last longer than 3 weeks.

@KellyHu My oldest sons name is Brennyn pronounced Bren-in. He’d see friends out and they’d say “hey Brandon”. He’d respond. I said”that’s not your name!!”. He’d tell me he stopped correcting people. SMH 🤦‍♀️
