But she thought it meant she failed us as a parent. She didn't. She got us into therapy and checked in on our meds. My dad thought we were broken. Toxic

@adamfare1996 An ex was still seeing a pediatrician since he was a dependent under 26, he never knew to tell his doctor about his mental health concerns or to ask for referrals for anything. All because his parents were friends with the doctor and did not believe in depression, etc.

@adamfare1996 Her thread is scary as hell. This happens because doctors know kids can be afraid to speak in front of their parents/guardians if their is abuse happening. Those tests are important to check for possible SA and the mental health test is so imperative
