As a professional coach, I guide my clients to unapologetically and deliberately create the life they most desire to live. Fam of 6/KU fan/Will coach for shoes.
We were asked on a conference call, what is one thing we at STM want to accomplish. Without any hesitation we want to do everything in our power to put a club from Kansas City on this top 5 list. Full Stop. #1stm2016
In these somewhat uncertain times, one thing that remains true is your student’s dreams to play at a collegiate level still matter.
Colleges ARE still recruiting and making offers. STM clients ARE receiving offers and making their dreams a reality.

Thanks to coach Turner and the Blue Valley men’s soccer program for allowing STM to speak to these young men about their recruiting process. Even in these difficult circumstances these young men are choosing to take charge of their future on and off the field. #1stm2016
Special thank you to Craig Gunter at @1stm2016 for coming out to our 1st team training and talk to the lads on the importance of starting the recruiting process early!
Dear kids, I'm gonna keep it real with u. Forget about imitating MJ athletically on the court.(You can't do that)! Instead, look at my favorite pic of MJ. Look at the Respect he's giving Dean Smith in this pic. No eye roll, no attitude, just RESPECT and being coached. #LastDance
There are roughly 400,000 HS aged men soccer players and roughly 400,000 women soccer players.
Roughly 1,000 colleges offer men’s soccer and 1,000 offer women’s soccer.
Recruits, you are essentially invisible to college coaches until you start communicating to them.

Don’t let Covid-19 stop you from being proactive. In response to the NCAA halting in - person recruiting, coaches and recruits are relying on email to connect with each other. Please share with any 2020 who is still looking for a home for the next 4 years. #1stm2016
This harks back to a very ancient custom when Egyptians were buried with cats and dogs. Cats were understood to be, and revered as, goddesses in their own right and were believed to continue to guide and serve in the after life. It was an honor.
