Al-Anon Family Groups are for friends and families of alcoholics - sober or not.
Detachment can help me let go of fear and control, and move forward with acceptance, confidence, and peace.

I've gone through the 12 steps
I have a sponsor
I go to meetings
I read, pray and meditate (to the best of my ability)
I try to help others
I live ODAAT.

As someone who's been "in and out" of AA, I've never ONCE regretted staying sober. I have, on the other hand, regretted drinking- every time.
