@bsiehsb56224 @gtibackshots @RIckWinkle37179 @AnthonyGSupreme I didn’t necessarily say they were biased. I was just explaining that statistical bias exists since you claimed there was no such thing. I do believe there are many confounding factors that can skew the stats which I listed elsewhere.

Also, not every black American is a part of that culture. 1/3 of black men are convicted felons, which means the MAJORITY of black people have never been convicted of a felony.

@bsiehsb56224 @gtibackshots @RIckWinkle37179 @AnthonyGSupreme Over-policing has been a problem since the Jim Crow era. By underreporting, I was referring to the fact that many crimes go unreported. People are more likely to report a crime committed by a black perpetrator than a white one.

The lack of education is also result of poor funding for inner city schools and the inability to afford a college education.

Our parents are very hard on us and push us to be well-educated, productive, and law-abiding citizens. Nigerians are one of the most educated immigrant ethnic groups in the country.

Not only are the stats skewed due to potential bias, but there also other environmental factors involved surrounding crime, such as poverty, lack of education, etc. In some ways the AA culture is to blame as well.

There are many confounding factors that may skew the stats, such as the low socioeconomic status of most offenders, inadequate education, over-policing in black communities and underreporting in wealthier white communities, racial bias in the court system, etc.

@restricted_mov @msretro @rockstarronan @taylorswift13 Idk about legal action in this case, but George Floyd’s killing was unjustified and Derek Chauvin was charged with and convicted of second degree murder, so yes, legally it was murder. Not that it has anything to do with the subject at hand..
