Without fail.. everyday.. over 4 months.. it IS happening.. something IS wrong..

@FrontierCorp has done nothing but push upgrades, charge me to replace THIER equipment, & telling me nothing is wrong with my service. Extortion!

@FrontierCorp seriously.. just because your line test says it’s fine, does not mean your customer isn’t experiencing issues.

Multiple times, Customer Support tried to charge me $150 to replace my “working” ONT that’s 5+ years old.

@FrontierCorp happens frequently and consistently almost everyday, 2-5 times, over 4 months. 5tickets, two techs, multiple customer service calls. 7 years of being a customer.

No diligence. No resolution. No longer a customer after July 7th. 😤

Internet continues to go out frequently throughout the day, but “there’s nothing wrong with my internet”.

Can’t wait to get new service next month.
