@Eskom_SA Thank you for the escalation a technician did come out. Power came back on for 20min we out again

Please escalate...we had community members who were at home try to assist with the testing. However I fear we have a situation of poor qc,please assist as it's going on 48hrs

@Eskom_SA @etsman12 @Eskom_SA please note that the technicians are no longer in our area, the restored power was short lived and we are again without power in Herbert Rd. 902899982. Multiple tickets open. Please escalate again and get the technicians to come back. We are now 35 hours without power.

@Eskom_SA @Eskom_SA #EskomGauteng call reference 903209850 shows still in progress but my concern the call that indicated status of isolated fault which it is was closed.this is still isolated fault only Herbert Road.
Community have reported technician has left...but problem persists
