@SamsungUK absolutely useless customer service. Ordered a fridge freezer from you with installation. AIT refused to install it on deliver and now apparently you don't even offer installation in NI so why do your systems not flag that? Now delayed with moving into our property.

@thameswater your complaints process is a joke. We've been promised a call back every day for the last weeks with zero contact from yourselves, no way to escalate it until the case handler who is ignoring us responds. Absolute farce.

@sainsburys I've just had a number of @EllasKitchenUK baby pouches delivered and they were covered in a weird film and smelling of what I can only describe as a really strong perfume. I'm really uneasy about giving these to my baby as I have no idea what it is. Can you sort this?

@MetCC there's a car just stopped on the a205 at the junction with Alnwick road, no hazards on and no driver or passengers, quite dangerous.
