This is harassment in other words mental harrasement as well. Just because of your staff i have to go through this harrasment everday from the last 2 weeks i am on calls with your team and i have to visit your service centers again and again
Yet even after so much of raising concern even to the VP and all staffs. They seemed to lack of knowledge and professionalism. They seem to be unfit for their job and cant find the real issue and cant even reslve this.
they are just experimenting on my car like its a scrap just removing any part changing it and rechanging again and still they can't find the actual issue from that day my car is in the workshop and they are experimenting on it like a lab rat. its already 14 days
Sec 14 DEE EMM(Trob Auto) on 30 Aug and they changed steering kit in warranty but still the issue exist there as it is after some day i visited them again on 20 Sept but the took m car in on 22 Sept as per job sheet and from that day onward they are experimenting
I submitted my car in July end at Sec 18 gurugram Koncept Mahindra after oiling servicing they said okay but when i tried sound was there so i asked them again and the changed the Shaft assembly so i took my car but still issue was there, so i visited new center
