The future of Ireland should be decided by the people of Ireland.
We have a real opportunity to end partition and build a new Ireland that invests in public services and unites communities.
The first step is passing Sinn Féin’s Irish Unity Bill in the Dáil on 7 July.
The future of Ireland belongs to the people of Ireland.
We have a once-in-a-generation opportunity to reunite our country and build a new Ireland that works for everyone.
On July 7th, the Dáil can take the first step by backing Sinn Féin’s Irish Unity Bill. Together, we can turn the page and shape our future, together.

Casement Park is an absolute priority, and it will be built.
Despite obstruction and delay, real progress has been made in recent months, with diggers and workers now on site as the redevelopment moves forward.
We must continue to build on that momentum.
This project will be a game-changer in creating jobs, driving investment, and delivering lasting benefits for communities across Belfast, Antrim, and Ulster.
I will continue working in partnership with the GAA every step of the way to deliver a top-class stadium that meets the needs of Gaels in Antrim and across Ulster.
Today, Sinn Féin met with the British government and challenged them directly on their continued underfunding for people and communities here.
The British government is making a disgraceful political choice to restrict funding for public services here, funding them to a much lower level than in Scotland and Wales.
This is the same British government that just recently committed billions extra of taxpayers’ money for weapons of war.
Once again, it shows Westminster’s absolute disregard for the needs of our people and communities.
The opportunities created by Ireland taking on the EU Presidency are enormous, and we must seize them to build a better future for everyone who calls this island home.
Today, I joined political leaders from across Europe and beyond in Dublin as Ireland officially assumed the Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
There was enormous interest in the change taking place across Ireland.
More and more of our people are looking beyond division and partition and towards the huge opportunities created by a new, united Ireland.
In the event of Irish unity, the North would automatically return to the European Union.
That makes preparing for constitutional change not just important, but essential for the EU.
The Irish Government should use its EU Presidency to make planning and preparing for Irish unity one of its central priorities.

A powerful and historic day as victims and survivors of Mother and Baby Homes, Magdalene Laundries and Workhouses succeeded in their decades long campaign for a public inquiry and redress scheme.
Today, the legislation to establish the inquiry and redress scheme passed all stages in the Assembly.
For far too long, these mothers and their children endured horrific mistreatment and unimaginable suffering, while their experiences were ignored.
The courage, resilience and determination they have shown throughout this long and difficult journey has been truly inspiring.
Today belongs to them.
And it sends a very clear message to the victims and survivors that we hear you, we see you, and we will stand with you every step of the way.
Economy Minister Dr @CArchibald_SF today met with Michael Bower, recently appointed Director of the Open Univesity in Ireland, to discuss how @OUBelfast University is supporting the delivery of her Economic Vision.

This is a hugely significant day for victims and survivors of Mother and Baby Homes, Magdalene Laundries and Workhouses, as legislation to establish the public inquiry and redress scheme has now passed all stages.
Work will now begin to establish both the public inquiry and the redress scheme.
The women and children who endured these institutions suffered unimaginable cruelty and injustice.
Today sends a clear message to them that we hear you, we see you, and we are committed to supporting you.
The attack by a sectarian mob on Sinn Féin Assembly candidate for Lagan Valley, Declan Lynch, his wife, and their family while they were canvassing was a desperate attempt to slow down positive change in Lagan Valley.
Declan Lynch and Sinn Féin will continue to grow and build in Lagan Valley, providing strong leadership for workers, families, and communities.
Sinn Féin can make history by winning an Assembly seat in Lagan Valley at the next election.

As more details emerge about Jeffrey Donaldson, my thoughts remain very much with his victims as they continue to come to terms with the traumatic crimes inflicted upon them.
As further revelations come to light, there are serious questions that must be answered, particularly as senior DUP figures have now admitted to knowing of Jeffrey Donaldson’s inappropriate conduct, hypocrisy and duplicity over many years.
The public need and deserve answers about who knew what and when, and there is an onus on the DUP to ensure those answers are provided.
Loved meeting the proud people of Dublin Pride.
To our LGBTQIA+ community: Tá sé de cheart agaibh a bheith díreach mar atá sibh. I stand with you.
The promise of Irish republicanism is equality. Pride reminds us that promise must extend to every person, in every community, without exception.
I want to build an Ireland where no one is denied equality, dignity or safety because of who they are or who they love.

Thousands of homes leafleted today in a canvass across big parts of Lisburn.
The biggest Sinn Féin has ever done in Lisburn.
As we gathered before the canvass, my mother and wife were subjected to sectarian abuse, and @danielbakersf and I were also abused.
