Exactly 3 years ago today I got the diagnosis that has changed my life. Fowler’s syndrome is such an awful condition. Unfortunately it’s not a very well known condition which makes getting treatment a whole lot harder 😔

Sitting in the day room waiting for the bells to come in, first year I’ve spent Christmas and new year in hospital. It’s been very emotional but I’m hoping and praying 2024 is going to be better 💜 #mentalhealth

It’s been one heck of a year, from surviving sepsis, having 4 surgeries and 3 psychiatric admissions to going on amazing family holiday. Finding out I’m going to be an auntie again. Sending hugs to everyone and wishing you all a happy new year 🥳
