@airindiain @HardeepSPuri 2/2 Actually my Daughter has completed 2 years on 12-Jul-2020. Now we need to take the infant ticket (above 2 years) to my daughter. Hence request you to consider this and allow us to use the existing ticket for VBM flights.

@airindiain @HardeepSPuri 1/2 Dear Air India, My wife and 2 years old daughter stuck in India. They supposed to travel to Germany on 10-April-2020. They are having ticket. Please allow us to use that ticket to VBM flights.(Delhi to Frankurt).

My wife visa got expired and as per german embassy, they will re-issue visa but it would be for 3-6 months.They will get long term visa once they are in Germany. So please allow to travel who are having visa period less than 1 year.
