Calendar Tips: How to tackle your to-do list
1. WRITE IT DOWN
2. Tackle the task that you are least excited about or the most difficult first
3. Physically cross it off the list
4. Don't make the list too long.
If I could go back to a specific day in history I would go back to January 2, 2022. This was the last day my grandfather spent most of the day alert. I would have recorded every conversation we had that day.

Calendar Tips: Multitasking doesn't work because all of your brain is divided and distracted. Instead complete one task before moving on to something else. Even the best multitaskers will miss details or not retain the steps they have already taken. Focus then redirect.
