Safaricom, I really need an explanation, and please do it in a very lay man’s language or at least technically explain to me how your systems work..
If my data Bundles were to expire today (4th July)..I am assuming you’re to wait till midnight.
So why exactly are you sending me a message telling me I don’t have an active data bundle 3hrs to depletion even though I had lots of MBs. Ama I mind my business in this city of thieves, looters and goons? @SafaricomPLC@Safaricom_Care I need my MBs back!!
