@gowronseyes@UtdMaI I think that's his point exactly, they barely beat Cape Verde, so if they weren't "favoured " by the FIFA, they will face a team they won't beat at all. Since they barely beat a young national like Cape Verde
If there was ever a perfect time for South Africa to reach the Round of 16 and stand among the worldโs best footballing nations, it was this World Cup.
Playing against Canada felt like a gift. Theyโre a decent team, but I expected much more from them. Football isnโt even their biggest sportโice hockey is.
Yet these are the people who eliminated us.
Maybe itโs time for South Africa to have an honest conversation with itself.
We are a nation that has lived and breathed football for generations, yet many of our greatest achievements are decades behind us.
The rest of the football world doesnโt really rate us anymore. When last did we have a South African player in a UEFA Champions League final?
The painful part is that we all know this country has talent. We see it every December in township and community holiday tournaments. The raw ability is there.
So why does that talent so rarely translate into sustained success at the highest level? Is it coaching? Development structures? Administration? Facilities? Mentality? Opportunities abroad?
At some point, we have to stop saying, โWe have talent,โ and start asking why that talent isnโt consistently producing world-class players and teams.
Based on how we played at our first ever World Cup .by now we should be a nation that makes it a habit to qualify for the round of 16 at the World Cup . A Respected footballing nation .
Being South African has been the best thing ever for the past years now
From Music, UFC, Cricket, Rugby and now football
We are simply the best country in Africa ๐ฟ๐ฆ
@MusaaRonalds ๐ซก salute to You sir.
It's not every day you come across an individual who abruptly speaks truth so vividly. And we as black Africans must face this truth of tribalism.
@DrTedros ๐๐๐๐คฃ๐คฃ.
Yohhh... All this blasphemous people are in power. So much power and you use it to lie and gas light a whole nation.
Aowa guy's, but have you ever considered how South Africans feel?
The Polygamist
Men sleep around a lot. It's true & so crazy normal.
My thoughts now are:
1. Would isithembu of 3 wives help to keep men in check?
2. Should we launch an aggressive campaign to try therapize men into monogamy & fidelity?
3. Or should we criminalize cheating?
To the Young People of South Africa, ย
On the eve of Youth Day, we honour a generation of young South Africans who changed the course of our history. Fifty years ago, the youth of 1976 stood up against injustice and demanded the right to learn, to dream and to determine their own future.
Their courage helped open the doors of freedom. The responsibility of our generation is to ensure that those doors lead to opportunity. ย

@PSAFLIVE If you haven't left that place, you would have built it to be a better, welcoming place.
This is why we shouldn't neglect where we came from!
And this is pathetic by the way.
๐ฎ๐ชโ๏ธ An armed Irish group has issued a direct warning to politicians:
โYou have flooded our communities with military-age migrant men.
We will not sit back and watch our culture and religion destroyed.โ
The pushback has begun.
Ireland is waking up.
@RightSide_Uk This is what happens when government turns on its people. Ordinary everyday citizens who just want to live their lives in peace are forced to become rebels and put everything on the line to get their country back.
@RightSide_Uk Looks like people are getting tired of this stuff all around the world. I was wondering when it was gonna go to something like this. The people can only take so much before the pushback becomes real. Now thereโs no telling where it will go.
Once we are done with migration issues .We are going to use same energy and spirit to hold politicans accountable.
We only have one country! We are not cowards!
