Just had my council tax bill through from @cardiffcouncil

I have lived in the same place for 10 years now, so have been able to watch the charges balloon.

My bill is now 50% higher than it was in 2014, and 25% higher than it was in 2019. How is this ok?

This is actually the second time I’ve carved Bowser onto a pumpkin, the first being the very first time I tried to carve one, 11 years ago. 😅

Nintendo usually make Mario’s top lip curve upward when he’s doing a big open-mouthed smile. This movie version has Cheshire Cat energy.
