Remember this isn’t a contest. Even some teachers make things worse by how much time they spend online or all the bells and whistles they can show. Remember there are no awards & not a competition. Everyone is trying to survive the best they can. Guilt shouldn’t be part of it.

@twhite1489 Maybe once a month the MS could come to a grade level meeting. Or even use staff meeting time to collaborate. I truly feel that our MS our highly valuable. It’s important for our admin to realize that too! If they find it important it will happen.
