Nobody has texted me about work since yesterday. This is definitely new territory. A new horizon. I could tell Robin and Dennis were on my side about a lot of things. Nobody is perfect but with the proper expectations laid out out in front of me I’m able to be better at my job.

The best rest I’ve gotten in months. I fought demons. Yesterday, I stood up for myself and my transitioning coworker. I cut off fake friends. I have my team properly motivated now that I understand how young they are. I think this is a new leaf.
