@dmoren is there a map of the galaxy that goes with your series? Seems like based on the late chapters there is a London style tube map of the wormholes.
People have DM asking what's in our bags so I will tweet out some items periodically when we have wifi. Until my @AmericanAir responds Item 1: my wife's bridesmaids dress for the wedding.
Item: 6 in our bags lost by @AmericanAir probably the last point and shoot camera we will ever have. Our beloved @CanonUSA G11. We still had the reciept.
I was conflicted about going to Twitter to complain about issues on our personal vacation. But multiple AA employees have told me how horrible the lost baggage procedures are and that this our only hope.
that staff member called MIA three times and didn't get an answer. Additionally "urgent" requests went unanswered. The non-responsiveness of airport baggage teams to requests is "routine".
That quote is from an AA support email. The central baggage services team is much more helpful but their phone number isn't public but once your reach them you will get an assigned helpful staff member.
Most importantly they cannot even call you or update you. Even though @AmericanAir policy is "after 24 hrs, a dedicated team takes over and will send you status updates."
@AmericanAir maintains two parallel baggage support teams. The baggage issue resolution team members are not allowed to perform any outbound communication. They cannot call an airport they cannot request status on bags. They cannot escalate.
@AmericanAir I already have a file and 5 priority messages sent by the team to MIA with no response. Item 3 lost in bags: my wife's earrings gifted by her best friend. They were a handmaid gift.
