If you don't work, or contribute meaninfully to society should you vote, equally. Convicted felons lose the right to vote, so should voting be mandatory, and the weight of a vote be incremental base on a skin in the game measurement? I think voting needs to be as unequal as people's effort. Opportunity 100%%, but weight? A very different %.

And never more Tha 1 person 1 vote, but often 1 person .5 vote or . 25 vote
