I personally witnessed 3 customers leave because of lack of service in the time it took me to eat. There was also an elderly woman who had to wait at an empty counter for a long period of time waiting because she couldn't use the ordering screen. Please staff better...

@tacobell your service at the store in Yarba Linda near Yarba Linda Blvd and Savi Ranch Pkwy has terrible service. customers are frequently told to use the automated ordering screen which is persistently inaccurate with one of the two that has been unusable for a month now.Contd.
