A 28-year-old Indian national from Punjab, Gurdeep Singh, was shot dead in Brooklyn, New York, while working as a pizza delivery partner.

Singh, who hailed from Kapurthala’s Jabowal village, had been living in the US on a work permit. The attack is suspected to have been a robbery attempt. Police are investigating.
