@Angelvvs_@Evansfor6@GGBreakingPoint Not even close. They’ve at least had a series here and there and did well enough to land themselves in the winners side of the bracket. Try again
@Spidxr @ezdubzski @intelCDL@RoseveltPSD@joebradyphoto I do watch the matches though. I just think that the leagues subs are stacked and there’s no room for a player like asim when we have players like abe, pred, hydra, etc doing similar jobs at a much, much higher level. I guess I’m just saying that there’s little compensation
@Spidxr @ezdubzski @intelCDL@RoseveltPSD@joebradyphoto “Frying” is quite the stretch given these stats. I know stats don’t say everything but 0.70s don’t cut it either way
@Spidxr @ezdubzski @intelCDL@RoseveltPSD@joebradyphoto I’d probably squad wipe if I was being honest. Asim and slasher hasn’t been championship calibre in years (consistently) and snoopy isn’t showing as much promise as you’d hope from a rookie. That being said, I’d still keep snoopy if anyone
@xNiRiiV@Parasite Yea I agree so I said “barely.” For weight loss that’s fine but going lower than that can lead to weight loss in the wrong areas (muscle) although the number on the scale may go down.
@RichNatsuki@Parasite I guarantee you he will. His body will adjust faster than you think. Either trust me or try it out yourself as I’m speaking from experience + research.
@RichNatsuki@Parasite He most definitely will! He is not light and 1500 is way too low for him. Gradually lowering cals would help him lose weight long term. Also - if you think 1500 calories is sustainable long term then you’ve never lifted consistently on 1500 cals. It’s hell and not healthy to do
@Farret13Tejeda@Parasite I don’t think you understand how calorie intake and sustainable weight loss works, kiddo. It’s a lot to explain in a tiny Twitter paragraph but if you want to do some research you are free to do so. :)
@Parasite @afkjackk U need more than 1500/2k as you will plateau way too quick + isn’t sustainable long term. 200g of protein is ok (barely) but could eat more
