@DrunkDharma So, I think it is 100% ok to see a doctor of whatever gender you feel safe with. And the flip side is I think it is ok for a doctor to not see patients of the opposite gender. I had a female intern leave the room recently when I had a testicular exam. I didn’t care if she stayed.
