@onidine Do you mean the work? It's a big supermarket, people come and go every few years but it's crazy how many young people we had to fire shortly after hiring over the past few months. I don't believe it's asking too much to at least keep up the pace with a woman that's almost retired

@onidine Yeah I mean obviously not everyone however a lot of people started working under my supervision recently, aging anywhere between 18 and 23ish and one out of 5 I would keep long term. Rest is slow, won't use their heads much and complain when they actually have to use their hands.
