Dear Family,
Forex and the morgue are my worlds. Both taught me the same lesson: risk is real, and time never refunds losses.
Charts don’t care about your hope. The body on my table didn’t plan to be there. Leverage kills fast. So does hypertension. I’ve seen $10k account, and 22-year-olds expire from things they ignored.
Forex taught me patience, entries, and cutting losses quickly. The morgue taught me consequence, finality, and why health is the first capital.
Money comes and goes. Life doesn’t relaunch.
Protect your account. Check your BP. Master risk before the market masters you.
No fear. Just lessons.
Your heart is the engine of your body. If you want to actually live longer, do these three simple things tonight:
1. Walk for 10 minutes after dinner. If you can't do 10, do at least 2.
2. Eat your dinner early and stop abusing salt and seasoning cubes.
3. Sleep before midnight. Your body needs those 7-9 hours to repair itself.
You can start today.
Deal?
@aproko_doctor 3 things that keep you out of my freezer:
1. That 10-min walk = blood still flowing.
2. Less salt = less pressure on that engine.
3. Sleep = body repairs before I have to.
Dont Ignore Doc.
