I will understand people saying you know Mapa doesn’t treat the animator as well. But these past years, Mapa has been putting themselves out there to show and improve that they are changing.

Mapa gives many updates on their company now on their animators on their staff. It didn’t even take a year for all the changes to be made after that where the animators were celebrating and thanking Mapa.

Maba had an open meeting about the schedule of season two like two years ago discussing why the schedule was bad insane. They will do better and be public about it
