@RoyalMailHelp We haven’t received any letters in over a week (neither have our neighbours) and we’ve been expecting birthday cards and some deliveries. We’ve checked the service page but can’t see any issues.
@GC_Rail my parents were supposed to be on the 15:30 Sunderland to Kings X service, but were advised to go to Newcastle to get on an alternative train due to signal failures. Please can you advise what happened to this service and if they can use their tickets on other services?
