@Lauren_A_Kelly @carvezine Yeah. I enjoy it. I read finance essays for work, so reading creative stuff is a nice break from all that. And it's motivation.

[Chris G. @KingOfDenmark]

@Lauren_A_Kelly Nothing I'm in, sadly. I was published in a previous issue of the magazine I edited, and essays later. I do volunteer for Five On the Fifth.

[Chris G. @KingOfDenmark]

@Lauren_A_Kelly Nice! I'll keep an eye out.

[Chris G. @KingOfDenmark]

@Lauren_A_Kelly That's great. Definitely a focus I enjoy. I'll have to keep an eye out for anything you mention getting published.

[Chris G. @KingOfDenmark]

@Lauren_A_Kelly I've written some flash pieces before, but never looked at these like that. I think it'll work for a few. Def lost focus on some of them.

[Chris G. @KingOfDenmark]

@Lauren_A_Kelly Yeah, I need to think about it like that. They might work out better. What about you? What are you writing lately?

[Chris G. @KingOfDenmark]

@HarpShelley @Lauren_A_Kelly Haha. We did! It was fun, and maybe a little crazy. But worth it

[Chris G. @KingOfDenmark]

@Lauren_A_Kelly Not for lack of trying, I just over think it. I get some practice at work, but that's all nonfiction.

[Chris G. @KingOfDenmark]

@Lauren_A_Kelly Short stories, mostly. Some poetry, but not much recently. I think I enjoy that more, to be honest. But lately my stories stop short.

[Chris G. @KingOfDenmark]

@Lauren_A_Kelly I should! I do keep at it, I'm just unhappy where with where they end up. And no, no stories about a team like that. Who'd believe it? 🙄

[Chris G. @KingOfDenmark]

@Lauren_A_Kelly Ha, I noticed too! Although you have me beat when it comes to writing. I've been in a slump. I'm also a Caps fan. For better or worse. Haha

@GeekandSundry Why so few women in the gaming industry? Because the experiences of Zoe Quinn and A. Sarkeesian are anything but uncommon.
