Hunter uses the word “we”.

As per witness testimony, Hunter was the initial aggressor then Austin then others.

They “surrounded..created a U shape around Karmelo” and Hunter allegedly grabbed property of Karmelo.

In the state of Texas, (Texas Penal Code § 19.02(b)(3)) says if in the commission of a felony leads to death, that entire group can be charged with felony murder including Hunter.

Why were they not charged ?
