@TheBrancaShow That appears to be a Nikon Z30 with a kit 18-70 lens. It is a fairly new consumer grade camera. At 18mm (24mm after the crop) it would be appropriate for fairly wide shots, like that hallway.
The fact that I saw three of the same camera in that video suggests it was a prop.
