@YouTube@Nintendo why is YouTube still not available on Nintendo switch 2? I thought it was going to be available back in February but still no change since then
@Nintendo#NintendoSwitch2 why does the text to speech accessibility setting still not work on the E shop? More than a year for the system being out and this important use of text to speech is still not available.
@Nintendo#RhytmHeavenGroove stuck on feeding the dinosaur level because of no lyrical audio Q and can’t figure out the timing compared to the first two levels. Didn’t like the removal at the third one.
@Nintendo as a blind gamer I’ve had some difficulties playing rhythm heaven groove. This is due to the level music speed being too fast compared to the tutorial section, and and struggled to gauge the timing for the button press. Could be extra sitting or tutorial
@PlayStation Pretty crazy how long Playstation has made no response to the amount of backlash hitting them over there no discs decision. Not even mentioning if there’ll be a way to connect the existing disk drive accessory to the future system or physical to digital exchange program
If Playstation doesn’t retract on no physical games, they need to make demos for every game they make, provide trailers with detailed accessibility information, and provide some kind of consistent window for reduce pricing for them
Netflix, please put English audio description for your Netflix original/licensed animes! Very annoying to see these shows and movies have AD only in Japanese and sometimes in every other language, except English
@PlayStation One of the dumbest decisions ever made Playstation! The whole community want to keep their physical games to promote choice and reduce prices overtime. People will try and avoid your system as long as possible to keep your physical media.
@PlayStation Playstation, you need to take back your stance on eliminating physical media! Everyone is pissed at you because we all want to keep our discs. even the digital players realize how that will impact pricing for the future.
@NintendoAmerica for rhythm heaven groove. I was very happy to see the implementation of text to speech and seen description for the game as a low vision user. However, I could not proceed past the third level of the demo because there was no audio Q of when to press the button
Nintendo Support chat told me today that the Eshop was intentionally designed not to work with the text to speech on switch 2. kind of defeats the point of having a screen reader if it doesn’t work on the system, Store as well as the system menus
#NintendoSwitch2
@thegameawards for the descriptive audio for the next event you could just pre-record the narration for the trailers and have a separate narrator for the live stuff. That way there’s not so much hesitation for the narrator struggling wiwhile keeping pace with the show
@thegameawards for the next event for the descriptive audio It would be better to give the narrator a script ahead of time for the trailers so they don’t pause randomly while struggling to describe it life. Have more than one narrator to give them breaks.
@COWCATGames in the main game of Brock, the investigator, wondering if there could be a way to have Skip puzzle instead of Skip fight in the second dream sequence with the robot trap. I feel like this is the only part I have not been able to do towards the pacifist. achievement.
@COWCATGames in the brawl bar the screen reader does not read the questions for the quiz levels. It only seems to read the answers. Even thoughlarge text and the Playstation magnifier it’s a little too hard to see from my vision.
@NBCNew
#Olympics2026
Please s the commentators from overhyping the US competitors just because they’re American. It is unfair, mental and emotional amount of pressure for them while they are trying to focus to perform at their best on the Olympic stage.
I wonder if there’s anything I can do to make English audio description a priority for Netflix animes? They have audio description in every other language, but English and is very infuriating as low vision user who wants to take advantage of the AD available but can’t @netflix
@Pokemon bring back the bumping sound effects for walking into walls or objects for the next game! That sound effect is the only reason I was able to play because of my low vision and I miss playing Pokémon since it’s removal
