One of the problems with DAO's trying to operate within the US is the absolutely terrible legal precedent

You've got a Wyoming Law enabling a DAO owned LLC but court rulings have placed any token holder as a General Partner

Fully liable with personal capital for something if it goes wrong

This presents a problem for anyone trying to operate in the US, own RWA's, or engage with outside non crypto parties

Maker was trying to work with the Big 4 but everything fell through because they were a little cheeky about having an actual entity the Big 4 could bill

You have to get creative with your solution

- What problem are you trying to solve, what risks are you trying to mitigate?

Find other tools, that when put together, act as a clunkier version of "code is law" that plugs into the legal system that's already established

I remember when I found out about #Bitcoin
I was FASCINATED.

The first thing I asked was "How much land do they own?"

The answer was 0, users only own code.
This creates a wide gap of opportunity.

The opportunity for Network States is beyond measure.

Its a simple thesis:
Communities will organize beyond just digital currency, buy land and inevitably become more decentralized because of that.
They will grow so large that they'll become their own sovereign nations.

This is the bet I'm taking with my life's work.
