@Aeromexico 16-HOUR DELAY and still no meaningful assistance from @Aeromexico.

Flight AM411 was originally scheduled to depart 8:05am from Newark. We are now looking at approximately a 16-hour delay, and getting clear information or actual help from Aeromexico has been nearly impossible.
