There are many levels of Righteousness with God. Here are a few: The Conscience in every human is a God Compass. Some have their conscience seered with evil, nowever, most everyone does not. This is one level of God's Righteousness in every human. There are people who do not know God and do by nature those things from God.

The next area of Righteousness is walking in the Light that one has.

The next is walking with God in Knowledge and everyone has their calling, knowledge of scripture, and obeying the voice of God/the Holy Spirit.

Then there is the Sovereignty of God, which the Sovereign God delegates His authority to the nations. The leaders are responsible for stewarding authority and righteousness for their nation, sovereign strength, citizens, justice, treasury, military, natural resources, making way for wealth creation through industry for their nations flourishing, and wealth. Industry development, family protection, and then trade with other nations. The Lord has delegated authroity for righteous ruling for a nation in order.

The Scepter of the Kingdom of Heaven rules with Righteousness.
