He prefers winter months when the sun isn't as harsh. Cold weather has little to no effect since his core body temperature remains the same no matter what.
He remembers back to when he was human and how fragile he was to nature's harshness.

" Let's call it sparring and never go overboard again. "
He pats her on the head.
" Your efforts were impressive but you'll have to do more than run at me with your fist if you want to win. "
-
" I'd like to apologize for instigating, which caused you to react. A part of me refuses to accept that Abra-small as it is-won't turn on you in the future.
You desire a better life for it and I'm resentful. Obviously that is my personal issue. "

He almost forgot humans celebrate Valentine's Day. It vaguely reminded him of a similar occasion he participated in when he was a human. But that was centuries ago.
Yes, it was Hikari's choice to start the fight and to keep going when she needed to quit. She put her safety on the line just to prove a point. Was it worth it?
With consciousness regained, she sat up wincing from a terrible headache.
-
Her undying determination never ceases to amaze him. To best his Dark Pulse is an impossible feat but she persevered.
Unfortunately, he did not realize she'd been injured in the process until her hand curled around his arm and the fight elapsed.

The amped up Dark Pulse didn't quite knock her down but instead prevented her from moving forward. She was stuck in the current and eventually would have to give way.
But she wanted to prove to Endless she wasn't some weakling he could just push around. So she stayed. --
-
Endless knew he couldn't go overboard however Hikari's resilience proved she was capable of taking a hit.
He decided to use more force to-at best-knock her over.
Hikari was forced backwards but her balance remained. She pushed her feet into the pavement and trudged forward against Dark Pulse's current.
She could barely see and it was hard to breathe, but she was determined to fight back.
-
For a brief moment he considered Dark Void but that would end the fight too soon.
Instead he countered with Dark Pulse and laid it on thick. A dark force field pushed Hikari back.
".. ....... OKAY DISREGARD THAT.
ANYWAYS.
LET'S SQUARE UP."
She took a fighting stance, eyes glaring.
"You pick a fight with Abra, you pick a fight with me."
