Congratulations to two of our Ladybarn Year 3 boys who earned an amazing prize from Manchester City for their brilliant writing project.
Thanks to @ManCity too for helping inspire our pupils!
Many thanks to Manchester Thunder and South African International, Shadine Van Der Merwe, for coming into Ladybarn to share about her journey to the top of her sport.
Good luck for the last home game of the season on Sunday!

Cringle Brook Y6 enjoyed a visit from Cllr Andrew Simcock. He came to speak to them about his role in the commissioning of the statue of Emmeline Pankhurst in St Peter's Square in MCR. The children asked him some questions about his campaign for more statues of women in the city.
Monday 5th February indicates the beginning of Children's Mental Health Week with the theme this year being around 'My Voice Matters'. Attached is a flyer of top tips when it comes to discussing mental health with your child.
Cringle Brook has a new addition...a book vending machine! The machine will act as an incentive to encourage children to read even more at home! All that's left to do now is fill it with books!
Y6 children at Cringle Brook read, edited & published their most recent piece of writing at Station South Cafe this morning. Such opportunities are helping children understand the importance of writing for a purpose.
