Clubs and players data acquisition is hard work in any geography, but it's particularly difficult across Africa's growth markets, which endure pronounced information asymmetries.
The resulting data gap makes it even much more difficult for international...

Congratulations @JaneONweze
Now, next step contest for NFF presidency or Nigeria Sport Commission top job.
Crazy? Yes, those bold step is what moving Nigerian sport forward requires today.
Dear young people,
Volunteering is an important way to grow your skills especially if you're a beginner. This is because most private clubs don't have developed revenue stream yet.
However please avoid some NFA clubs who are using "volunteer" option to avoid paying for value.
I only needed 5 persons, but I now have Over 90 applicants in my dm.
I never expected the massive turnout.
Therefore, Iโll have to embark on a screening process to get the best out of those who indicated interest.
Stay tuned.
No doubt, talents are abound across Africa but then, the real question is how many African players will Europe accommodate? We just must develop the value chain across Africa that makes playing abroad is not the only option.

Our DM @KiniScore is typically filled with messages like "our academy player have special talent",
"our academy player can match xyz player",
"we just need one opportunity abroad"
This got us thinking in different directions.

If Nigerias super eagles can avoid unnecessary penalties or red card card, then they have a chance.
They will be desperate to make something out of the match but have to be disciplined
Your favorite footballer isnโt just a baller anymore heโs a walking dataset.
Millions of data points per match. Algorithms driving player recruitment, tactics, even subs.
Brighton FC, Brentford cracked it, even the north #African teams
Football is now a numbers game, not luck.
National Teams that will likely make the finals at #AFCON2025
Senegal ๐ธ๐ณ
Cote d'ivoire ๐จ๐ฎ
South Africa ๐ฟ๐ฆ
Morocco ๐ฒ๐ฆ
What are your predictions?
What did Nigeria actually contributed to her outside that she was born into Nigerian parents?
The era of not developing players but try to get in-demand and in form players with cheap emotional blackmail is gone! This goes to show that you can't reap where you didn't sow.
Nigeria missed a key opportunity: real-time player intelligence on the DR Congo squad, including historical penalty kick placement for the last 10-20 attempts by each shooter, the ๐ณ๐ฌ GK ability to anticipate and make saves would have been substantially enhanced. #WorldCup2026
Nigeria team has capacity to score or concede late goals.
Congo DR team has capacity to pull a last minute stunner as they are growing in control just like their last game against Cameroon.

#NGAGAB: Did you noticed:
- It rained throughout the match?
- The pitch didn't water log
- Power didn't cut?
- Internet streaming didn't flick
The NFF president + Sport commission chairman are there.
Yes, it's not the focus now but don't they observe these things and do same?
Solution to Nigeria's NFF Problems
1.) Remove politicians from football in every levels
2.) Revamp NFF electoral process that is the root cause of these issues Nigeria football faces
The current NFF person was practically invisible during the election but somehow got >90% votes
So if the players have continued to play for Nigeria in that "e go better" and the "for millions of fans" spirit and not demanded what the federation owes them the cycle would have continued?
The same with U17, U20 and women's football players. Quite shameful NFF behaviour.
Issue RESOLVED. Outstanding financials cleared and on ground. Team is UNITED and focussed as before on representing NIGERIA with our maximum for the games ahead! ๐ณ๐ฌ @NGSuperEagles
Really good stuff!
@OgaNlaMedia I know your team is away but is it possible to have entry information so people free time in the day can also visit the stadium to watch the game? At least for your home games.
Cc @Rangers_Intl
This U20 team won Africa and the world. They invested in those boys and got others across the world.
Soon they will become next gen senior team as global stars with insane skillset but some West African Football Federation will expect random Jamiu to compete on their same level.
Hi Tobi,
Is it safe to say that all the 986 VIPs paid full price revenue that went to the club? If no, what percentage of that figure actually bought the tickets?
Will this continue till end of the league season?
That will support our NPFL insights and projections at KiniScore
One of the innovations we have introduced is to document our fans attendance.
Number(s) is key and when we say Shooting Stars is a traditional club with generational fanbase, we were not over hyping but stating the truth.
This data is accurate with our Matchday mechanism designed by the Club COO, Mr. Bunmi Fadayomi.
We appreciate our loyal fans for their commitment and support. Letโs keep the energy positive!!!
